Techniques Used in Sessions:
Spine Walk
A core Biofield Tuning technique that activates and balances the central energy channel along your spine. Tuning forks are gently applied along the back to support chakra alignment, nervous system regulation, and energetic flow.
Timeline Scan
Your energy field holds the echoes of your past. Using the Biofield Anatomy Map, this technique scans your field to locate stuck points from specific times in your life — bringing coherence and release to the patterns held in your timeline.
Ancestral River
In certain sessions, you may be guided to connect with the Ancestral River — the subtle frequency current that flows behind the body in the field. This river holds energetic imprints passed down through generations. When accessed, it offers an opportunity to clear inherited patterns and unspoken stories that no longer serve your path. This current doesn’t always appear — but when it does, it’s a profound invitation to heal not just for yourself, but for your lineage.
Adrenal Reset
In today’s overstimulated world, the adrenals are often in a constant state of fight-or-flight, or control/anti-rules. This technique supports the body’s ability to move from sympathetic overdrive into parasympathetic restoration. Tuning forks are used in specific zones of the field to help reset and soothe the adrenals, bringing the system back to a more grounded, regulated, and resilient state. Clients often report a sense of calm, stillness, and lightness following this reset.
Earth Star + Sun Star Activation
Every session begins with grounding you into your central channel — the sacred vertical axis that connects your body to Source and Earth. The Earth Star, located below your feet, anchors you into the crystalline core of the planet — stabilising your energy, creating safety in the body, and restoring your connection to the present moment. The Sun Star, above the head, opens your higher energetic centers and invites divine alignment from above — a channel of light, insight, and higher knowing.
When these two are activated and your central channel is open, your field becomes coherent, receptive, and ready to release, receive, and realign. It’s the foundation of every session — a return to your true axis.
Columning
Columning is a powerful Biofield Tuning technique used to clear incoherent frequencies from the chakras and expand the energetic field. Using tuning forks, I move from the feet to the crown, lifting and sweeping the forks out toward the edge of the field — not just balancing energy centers, but opening space around them.
This process clears congestion, restores flow, and helps the field expand with coherence and clarity. It brings the energy body into alignment while creating a stable vertical channel — supporting higher connection, grounded presence, and energetic spaciousness.

A deep-dive recalibration session — required for first-time clients or those needing extra time to unravel, unwind, and reset. This 2 hr session includes intuitive full body + energy field tuning, powerful sound frequencies to dissolve stuck patterns. Expect integration, debriefing, and intuitive insight.
Distance Session — $333(120 minutes) Energy is not bound by space. This full Biofield Tuning session is offered remotely, allowing you to receive the same frequency recalibration from anywhere in the world. This 2 hr session includes intuitive full body + energy field tuning, powerful sound frequencies to dissolve stuck patterns. Expect integration, debriefing, and intuitive insight.— all facilitated through vibrational resonance. A deeply powerful option when travel isn’t possible.
Standard Consult

A tailored 1:1 recalibration session to restore balance and flow. In this 90-minute session, we work with your body and field to clear energetic stagnation, retune your frequency, and align your system.
Includes Biofield Tuning, intuitive scanning, and custom frequency work using forks, bowls, and crystalline resonance. Expect integration, debriefing, and intuitive insight. A beautiful way to stay aligned and recalibrated throughout the month.
Children’s Session — $120(45 minutes – ages under 14, with parent present) This gentle, supportive session helps regulate your child’s energy field, offering calmness, clarity, and emotional balance. Using tuning forks and subtle vibrational work, we help little nervous systems reset — ideal for sensitive souls or those experiencing stress, sleep disruptions, or sensory overload, or just a breath.
